MXBON gasket sealant is an instanly forming anaerobic-type flat sealing agent, suitable for various sizes of flang surfaces. It replaces traditional gaskets, thereby reducing inventory costs. Its features encompass a solvent-free composition, high viscosity, pressure resistance, and ease of use. Comparaed to pre-cut gaskets, its advantages lie in process simplification, reduced defect rates, minimized production chaos, and compatibility with various adhesive methods.
This sealant comopletely fills the contact surface, preventing leaks and corrosion while reamining unaffacted by deformation abd fatigue-related leakage issues. Furthermore, it eliminates the need to consider gasket thickness, evenly distributing flang pressures, decreasing deformation probabilities, and enhancing surface machining precision. Its broad applicability contributed to lower inventory costs for gaskets of varying sizes.
Usage
- Clean flange surfaces before application.
- Apply sealant continuously around bolt holes.
- Apply sufficient torque to prevent flange displacement.
- Do not use anaerobic gasket sealant as filler.
- Enhance traditional gaskets by overlaying with anaerobic gasket sealant.
